Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled before a tracking number is issued. Once the order has been processed and a tracking number has been generated, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
1.2 After Shipment
Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation is not permitted.
1.3 Forced Cancellation After Shipment
If a customer insists on canceling an order after shipment, a USD $30 round-trip logistics and handling fee will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover international shipping and processing costs.
2. Returns
2.1 Return Window
Due to international shipping and customs processing, returns are accepted within 15 calendar days from the delivery date, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking records.
2.2 Late Returns
Return requests submitted after 15 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
2.3 In-Transit Orders
If an order has already left our warehouse, entered customs, or is in transit at the time a return request is submitted, a USD $30 international round-trip shipping fee will apply.
2.4 Product Appearance Disclaimer
Product images on our website are for reference only.
Minor differences in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or photography conditions.
Returns or refund requests based solely on these differences will not be accepted.
2.5 Condition of Returned Items

9.4 High-Value Returns
For items valued over USD $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
10. Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient will receive a store credit equal to the value of the return.
10.2 Non-Gift Orders
If the item was not marked as a gift, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
